We offer two options: Pay-As-You-Go (keep a card on file, and we charge it when your customer order is received), or pre-purchased credits at discounted pricing. 1 credit = 1 gift, and credits are valid for one year.

What is “Pay as you go”?

Pay-As-You-Go means you’re not locked into a monthly plan. Keep a payment method on file, and when your customer submits an order, we charge your card for that order.

Charge timing — your saved card is charged only after a customer order is received.
Card on file required — if there’s no payment method, the gift won’t ship until paid.

Pre-purchase credits

Pre-purchase credits at discounted pricing when you want lower per-gift cost and predictable campaign budgeting.

Rule
1 credit = 1 gift
A magnet shipment uses 1 credit. Credits are valid for 12 months.
Buy credits now, then use them for year-end holiday gifts, quarterly campaigns, or monthly occasions.
